Altitalia
A long history in the Real estate business
The Altitalia trademark was founded in 1985 in Voghera, a small town of Oltrepo Pavese by its president and promoter Sergio Fracchia who a few years later decided to transfer the company’s head office to Milan. As from the beginning Altitalia stood out as one of the most dynamic companies in the sale of holiday homes. Its activity was centered around the touristic areas of Liguria, Lago di Garda and the valley of Aoste, and specialized in the sale of new developments.
Altitalia was among the first real estate companies in using such dynamic means as television to market its
developments.
In 1995 the company decided to extend its activity to the real estate market of the French Riviera..
Today Altitalia is active in three countries (Italy, France and the Principality of Monaco) through 8 estate agencies.
