This assistance covers common inquiries concerning
your property and formalities that may arise such as:
- Contacting, on your behalf, different agencies such
as property administration companies, EDF (electricity),
“Compagnie Générale de l'eau”,
insurers, fiscal administration and various other
services;
- Translation services for any written correspondence
relating to your
property;
- Assistance in understanding and completing different
tax returns on your property in France;
- Annual income-tax return , “taxe fonçière”
(land tax) and “taxe d’habitation”
(property tax);
- Help in understanding the minutes of the annual
meeting held by the property management company and
organisation of powers of proxy;
- Follow-up of any insurance declarations as water
infiltration;
- Electricians , plumbers and workers works with estimates
if necessary.
“Gold card” formula
Annual cost of 600 € VAT included
This is an extended and therefore more complete assistance
including all “Silver card” formula services
and the management of your properties.
- The management of all postal correspondence concerning
your property which will be redirected to our offices
(bills, bank statements, “taxe foncière”
(land tax) and “taxe d’habitation”
(property tax);
- The creation of a reserve account to enable us
to settle all bills sent to our offices.
Your bills will be promptly paid on reception using
the funds in your reserve account.
This service includes, of course, regular updates
of all transactions conducted on your behalf that
you can follow through your secured access to our
web site at any moment and in real time.
“Rental Management” formula
Cost 7% VAT excluded on the total amount of the
rental collection
This is a all-encompassing service we offer to our
clients to manage your properties so that your investment
will produce a income without you having to worry
about anything.
For furnished apartments: rental annual contract
to be reniewed automatically every year.
For unfurnished apartments: three-year contract to
be reniewed automatically on expiry.
All Gold card services included in the cost of 7%.
This service includes, of course, regular updates
of all transactions conducted on your behalf that
you can follow through your secured access to our
web site at any moment and in real time.
“Rental Management with rental warranty”
formula
Cost 10% VAT excluded on the total amount of the
rental collection
This is a new rental management service and a majeure
guarantee specifically for our “buy-to-let”
customers providing guaranteed rental, should the
tenant fail to pay.
This formula is covered by an insurance, chosen by
Altitalia, who also covers any legal and eviction
fees if required.
All rental management services and warranty for
un-paid rental are included in the cost of 10%.
